The most durable Safecoat sealer for unpolished Mexican tile and marble, stone, limestone, sandstone, granite, slate, fireclay (brick, tile, terra cotta, pavers), concrete (brick, tile and precast panels cast in place).
Use on porous interior tile or masonry surfaces where oil and water repellency is desired. Good for long-terms protection against food, oil, water stains on residential or commercial floors.
Also an effective sealer and protectant for porous wood surfaces such as redwood, cedar and pine.
Non-hazardous and non-flammable, is a total replacement for high solvent content floor sealing systems
Multiple coats will build an attractive gloss finish
