response times have been specified within this presentation, as with all
portions of this plan, it is suggested they be subject to change based on
individual needs. Having market research experience a census of your
Supervisors (and Staff) needs could be conducted. |

The
service rates extended by MMA are designed to be the absolute minimum: an
action to demonstrate our commitment to helping our child care
industry achieve necessary cost-effectiveness. With this service
Supervisors have to tools to comply with the Nursery Act: which decrees that
furniture should be maintained and in good repair. This service would also
allow for Staff to be responsive to the changing needs: e.g. make one
larger floor mat into two smaller floor or wall mats. Why should an
investment be immediately and fully lost when a tear or puncture happens? |

Upon
being awarded the opportunity to manage your facility freeform furnishings
investment the following sequence of activities would occur. |

RECORD KEEPING |
ü Once
a product is purchased MMA will create a Product ID Sheet that will log
information such as location, maintenance, site-transfer, etc.

We
can create a library of documents of your related products. In gathering
and collating this data we will be best able to manage your investment and
provide quantitative performance data while ensuring that while contributing
to your leading edge status as a child care provider. |

|
FOLLOW-UP LOG |
ü Once
a product is delivered MMA will determine with the Centre Supervisor the
appropriate follow-up schedule.
|
|
This
activity is conducted as a gentle reminder and reinforcement that a service
now exists that is designed to help them maximize their investment. An
additional objective is to help foster a relationship where Staff will have
no qualms about calling for service the moment a requirement becomes
evident. |

EDUCATION & AWARENESS |

All
products are personally delivered.

At
the discretion of the Supervisor, when goods are delivered time is taken
with the Staff and children to educate them as to the best way to use and
maintain the furnishing. I would be prepared to craft a structured “lesson
plan” for each age-group. |

Site
visits with a van load of products could be scheduled.

creating a fun-filled environment learning can be reinforced and free
entertainment can be achieved. |

A
web-site is being developed that will provide valuable information.

friendlyville.com web domain in which our catalogue is posted has e-commerce
capabilities. We could create a web site within this portal which would be
exclusively dedicated to your organization, enabling cross-facility
communications; For example, a desire to move a product from one location to
another could be advertised. |

Creating this suggested managed program in the manner outlined, would
empower us to explore ways to promote the values of your organization while
increasing your cost-effectiveness as it relates to the use of freeform
furnishings. |
